We offer flexible concierge service packages to meet your personal or business needs. Whether you need help with daily tasks, errands, or special requests, Second Line Concierge is here to assist! Choose from 6, 9, or 12-month contract options, with hours ranging from 10-40 hours per month, to suit your requirements, giving you the flexibility to tailor services for as long as you need.
How can I get the most out of my concierge package?
To maximize the value of your package, we recommend consolidating your requests as much as possible. This helps to improve efficiency by reducing the time and mileage spent on multiple trips. We are committed to executing your tasks as efficiently as possible, so you can enjoy more time doing what matters most.
How far in advance should I book services for a special event?
We recommend booking special event services at least 3 business days in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning, but 5 business days is preferred.
***Though, when possible, we go above and beyond to accomodate same day requests.
Do you put away groceries if no one is available to bring them inside?
Absolutely! We never leave your groceries outside (unless of course that is your preference). We bring your items inside your home and even put away refrigerated and frozen food items.
